There's one next to it, belonging to Coldeportes institution, but I have heard is hard to get a place on weekends and hollidays, or when there are special events. At August 2018 there isn't any Transmilenio station nearby but there are several SITP lines that take you there.

Hello! The entrance fee is $2.700 COP, (around $1 USD); children under 3 and adults above 60 have free entrance. The Garden is open from mondays to fridays 8am-5pm, and weekends 9am-5pm (closed first monday of every month, or first tuesday if monday is holiday). Regards!
