Very interesting visit to Finch Foundry. Unfortunately the launder was awaiting repair so the foundry was not actually working which is the only reason it’s not got top marks . Hopefully it will soo… Full review by robertc946

Is this attraction mainly indoors? We're looking for something to do on a rainy day!

i agree with the other reply, talk was ever hour bit outs lasted about 30 to 40 mins and there are 2 other parts to see inside but you have to go outside to get to each one, the river is also …

Are dogs allowed?

Not sure however there is a great walk from the car park.

A:
We just happened to be there at the correct time. There are a number of demonstrations given throughout the day. Check out the upstairs museum while you wait for the next presentation.

Can you recommend the tea room for lunch?
A:
Sorry, no we visited in the afternoon when it was rather wet. The pubs are good around there and people I think earlier had eaten there (locals) ofthat helps.
