Now, Google is releasing two new Chromebook Plus laptops — and introducing even more new Gemini features that the owners of these models will get to enjoy. Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus is the "thinnest and lightest Chromebook Plus" the ChromeOS team has ever rolled out to market.

While the Quick Insert key is unique and exclusive to Samsung's new Galaxy Chromebook Plus, Google states other laptops will gain it differently. "In the future," existing Chromebook users can use the Launcher Key + F shortcut to access Quick Insert's menu.

Google has begun rolling out Gemini Live to all Android users, bringing down the restriction that previously allowed only paid subscribers to chat with the AI bot. The two-way interactive voice chat functionality lets users talk to the bot and ask it questions through voice instead of using textual prompts.
